Cancellation terms are agreed upon in the contract. In case of changes to time/location, we will contact you and try to find good solutions.

We provide artists for conferences, annual meetings, Christmas parties, festivals, concerts, courses and events.
Yes — we are happy to tailor combinations with music, comedians, hosts and other elements according to your wishes and budget.
The price covers fees for artist(s), production as agreed (rigging/technical), travel and accommodation if necessary — specified in quote.
Stas follows up on the entire process: from idea and booking to technology and execution, so that you can have a successful event.
We notify immediately, and in collaboration we find an alternative date or another suitable artist. Cancellation/addressing follows the agreement.
As early as possible. For popular artists or large productions, several months in advance is recommended to ensure availability and good planning.
You will receive contact information for your project manager at Stas, and we are available for adjustments and support right up until the event.
